Bridge Sports Complex Announces Fall Lineup

BRIDGEPORT, W.Va (WDTV) – The Bridge Sports Complex has released its fall lineup as summer operations draw to a close.

Programs this fall include:

  • Home school and after school programs
  • Swimming lessons
  • Adult soccer and basketball leagues
  • Multisport of the little trolls
  • Specialized training and development courses for certain sports
  • Mountain State Storm Club Teams

More than 9,000 participants have signed up for Bridge programming since June 2021, and with expanded youth programming options, that total is expected to grow.

The highly anticipated after-school program will begin August 24, the Harrison County Schools first day of school. Available for students in grades K-5, the program will provide homework help, snack time, and a variety of exciting physical or STEM activities.

Officials said that at present, transportation will only be provided from Johnson and Simpson Schools in Bridgeport, but the plan is to expand bus service in the future.

Swimming lessons will return to Citynet Center in the near future. For members, group fitness schedules continue to be updated monthly.

Clip ‘n Climb will return to regular school year hours on August 19.
