On Friday, Congress slammed Delhi police for questioning Youth Congress President Srinivas BV. Accuse the central government of engaging in ‘Raid Dharma‘ instead of ‘Raj dharma‘, the party’s general secretary, Randeep Surjewala, did not utter words to allude to a political conspiracy.
Informed of the Delhi Police allegations that they are questioning people under the direction of the Delhi High Court, Randeep Singh Surjewala replied: “Will the police now attack BJP HQ, RSS HQ? Now , they say we are also questioning the non- Congressmen. “
Surjewala was referring to reports from the Delhi Police Crime Branch interviewing Youth Congress leader Srinivas BV. Over the past few weeks, Srinivas has garnered praise for helping those in need, especially Covid-19 patients and their families.
“We have shared all the information with them and we have nothing to hide; we will continue the relief work,” Srinivas told media on Friday.

Responding to questions at a virtual press conference, Randeep Surjewala said Srinivas has been harassed under central government direction since Delhi police came under the Union Home Ministry (MHA).
“Police are being misused in Modi and Shah’s regime,” said Randeep Singh Surjewala, who is also the national spokesperson for the Congress party. entered his office and home in an attempt to harass him.
